Foundation Awards $1,500 to NPS Teachers
NPS Education Foundation is proud to announce it has awarded $1,500 in the form of three $500 grants for three very worthwhile endeavors by Norwich Public School teachers. The grants will be used to fund the purchase of wireless keyboards to allow Kelly Middle School teachers to easily display student work on the new white-boards at Kelly; a speech pathology resource portfolio allowing Norwich Public School speech pathologists access to cutting edge Speech to Language Protocol; and an iPad for integration in a Norwich Public Schools kindergarten class, which has already experienced tremendous strides in student mastery of letters, sounds and sight work with the introduction of its first iPad last year. The Foundation congratulates the awardees and thanks all NPS teachers for their tireless efforts every day in support of Norwich Public School students.
